Clicker dies
Clicker dies are manufactured with advanced technology that ensures high accuracy and durability. Clicker dies are manufactured in any shape according to customer requirements. Every year we produce up to 70,000 pieces of clicker dies. The daily production is 300 to 400 pieces clicker dies, depending on the degree of difficulty.
Special clicker dies
Clicker dies made with machine technology. The knives are worked out to the smallest detail according to customer requirements. They are characterized by very high accuracy and longevity. The clicker dies are made of several parts, which in case of damage allow easy replacement and repair.
Planchette dies
The knives are made from a thin die planchette, which is inserted into a duralumin plate. The advantage of these knives is that they are heatable and therefore suitable for cutting plastics in the packaging industry. They can also be used for cutting leather, textiles, etc.
Perforation matrices
The perforation matrices are made using modern technologies that ensure high accuracy and longevity. We cut settling plates with laser or waterjet and produce the perforated punches with the wire cutter, which allows us to produce any shapes according to the customer's requirements. We produce up to 3,000 pieces of perforation matrices per year.
The matrices are produced in two versions:
- spring matrices with steel ejection plate at a height of 19 mm
- matrices with rubber ejection (suitable for pattern or small series) in a height of 14 mm and 19 mm
Krampen matrices
Krampen matrices are special matrices for attaching decorative studs to the leather.
Matrices for perforation of the insoles
Matrices are used for perforation and for pressing decorative elements in insoles.
Matrices for rubber soles
Special matrices with brass element made by CNC milling. These matrices produce decorative elements in the rubber sole after heating and pressing.
